RETURN POLICY, CREDITS & EXCHANGES
For hygienic reasons, The Novelty Box will not accept non-defective exchanges on any item that has been opened or used – no exceptions. All defective items over $75.00 must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a credit, exchange, or replacement with approval. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Within 30 days you may return new, unused items for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee. After 30 days you will receive a credit at TheNoveltyBox.com. Past 90 days, refunds, exchanges or credits cannot be issued.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), you will receive a full refund, to include the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If we are able to process your return, a Return Form and mailing label will be sent you by email. Once received, please complete the necessary information and place the Return Form and item(s) to be returned in the mail using the carrier of your choice.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
